Awal tahun 2015

Kita tidak pernah tahu apa yang akan terjadi di tahun ini, tahun 2015. Awal tahun 2015 ini diawali dengan diterimanya kembali gw di perusahaan yang dulu pernah gw tinggalkan. Gw meninggalkan perusahaan tersebut bukan karena tidak cocok atau bermasalah, tapi tempat lain menawarkan angka yang buat gw jadi ngiler, ahahaha.

Alhamdulillah, bos gw yang di kantor lama still keep in touch dengan gw dan menawarkan untuk kembali lagi. Yaa.. you know lah, kalau gw balik lagi berarti ada angka alias gaji yang lebih dari tempat gw bekerja sekarang. Bidang kerjaan yang gw geluti sekarang adalah di bidang periklanan, dimana turn over employee-nya hanya di situ-situ saja, orang-orangnya itu-itu saja, berlaku juga untuk HRD-nya. Semacam dunia persepakbolaan dalam liga, ketika masuk transfer session maka perpindahan pemain bola hanya berkutat di situ saja. Pindah dari klub bola satu ke klub bola yang lain.

Bertepatan di tanggal ini juga, anak gw yang bernama Muhammad Bezema Razzaq Ramadhan, genap berusia 1,5 tahun. Banyak hal lucu dari tingkah lakunya yang membuat gw ketawa dan gemes sendiri. Melihat perkembangan anak hari demi hari, bulan demi bulan membuat gw merasa bersyukur. Walaupun ketika hari kerja, waktu yang gw punya hanya sedikit buat jagoan gw, tapi ketika weekend maka "DON'T DISTURB MY TIME". Weekend itu udah kontrak mati gw sama anak gw. Weekend itu waktunya anak gw, waktunya gw bermain dan berbahagia dengan si cilik Benzema.

Garuda Jaya, perjalanan masih panjang

Selesai sudah tugas dari tim nasional Indonesia u-19 atau yang biasa disebut dengan Garuda Jaya. Timnas gagal mengakhiri laga pamungkas degnan kemenangan. Timnas U-19 gagal memberikan persembahan terbaik mereka dalam pertandingan terakhir melawan Uni Emirat Arab (UEA). Timnas dibuat bertekuk lutut mengakui keperkasaan timnas UEA. Timnas U-19 kalah telak 1-4 di pertandingan terakhir. Dengan kekalahan tersebut, timnas menghuni dasar klasemen group dengan nilai nol dari 3 pertandingan tanpa meraih kemenangan sekalipun. Delapan gol berhasil masuk ke dalam gawang timnas Indonesia.

Semua bukan kesalahan dari Evan Dimas, dkk. Mereka sudah berjuang hingga batas kemampuan dan tenaga yang mereka miliki. Beban psikis dan mental diberikan kepada mereka sangatlah berat. Over eksposure dari media menajdai salah satu penyebab beban itu. Karena eksposure dari media sehingga masyarakat Indonesia menaruh ekspektasi kepada timnas U-19 adalah lolos hingga semifinal AFC U-19. Tur Nusantara dan Tur Eropa semua dijadwalkan untuk timnas U-19 dengan alasan agar merasakan aura kompetisi. Patut dicatat dan diingat, tur yang mereka lakukan no pressure seperti kompetisi sesungguhnya. Tur mereka hanya sebatas latih tanding.

Jika dilihat saat Garuda Jaya mengikuti Hasanal Bolkiah Trophy (HBT). Timnas hanya mampu menang melawan Singapura. Dua kali kalah dengan tim yang diatas kertas Indonesia seharusnya yang menang. Timnas kalah dengan Brunei dan Myanmar. Kejuaraan sekelas Asia Tenggara saja, timnas U-19 belum bisa berbuat banyak apalagi nanti ketika level Asia di AFC U-19. Bukannya tidak mau optimis, tapi melihat dari situ saja, saya menjadi pesimis timnas U-19 bisa berbicara banyak. Hasilnya, prediksi saya tepat. Timnas U-19 hanya mampu melesakkan 2 gol dalam 3 pertandingan dan kebobolan 8 gol.

Anggota Garuda Jaya semua masih muda, karir masih panjang. Jangan menyerah dan jangan menangis Garuda Jaya. Setiap pertandingan ada kalah, ada menang. Ketika kalah tidak mudah putus asa dan pantang menyerah sedangkan ketika menang dan juara jangan jumawa dan cepat berpuas diri.
